Flowseal EPW Clear Gloss Seal

Flowseal EPW Clear Gloss Seal. Flowseal EPW is a 2-component water soluble epoxy sealer with high coverage. Approximately 0.3 kg/m2 per layer for dust-binding and approximately 0.1 kg/m2 per layer when used as a topcoat. Ready-mixed product should be used within 90 minutes at a temperature of 20°C. At higher temperatures the application time is shorter.

Uses

Flowseal EPW is used to paint and seal new and old concrete floors where there are requirements for dustfree, easy-to-clean floors with improved resistance to chemicals and wearing strength. In addition, it can also act as a topcoat for flakes coating systems.

2.1 parts of component A is mixed with 1 part of component B, by weight. 2.1 parts of component A is mixed with 1 part of component B, by volume. 30% water by weight of the unit (A+B) must be added to the mixed product for priming and dust binding. 10% water by weight of the unit (A+B) must be added to the mixed product for use as a topcoat. Note: Once diluted, do not add further quantities of water.

Add all of Hardener B to Base A, then add the water. Mix with a slow speed drill and helical spinner, taking care not to entrain air.
