Flowscreed Industrial Top 25Kg x 40 a fast drying, hand or pump-applied underlayment or wearing surface, for easy levelling of concrete floors.

Flowscreed Industrial Top 25kg Fast track renovation of floors in warehouses, production zones, aircraft hangers, automotive process lines and other areas where a hardwearing level floor is needed.
Can be used with Flowcrete resin toppings to provide better aesthetics, improved wear and chemical resistance.
Laid at 5 – 30 mm, however, an 8 mm average thickness is a typical expectation on a reasonably level base

Flowscreed Industrial Top 25Kg – Do not mix more material than can be used within 10 minutes at a temperature of 20°C. At higher temperatures, the application time is shorter.

The recommended substrate temperature is 15 – 25°C, but no less than 5°C and to a maximum of 25°C.

The temperature of the substrate should exceed the “dew point” by 3°C during application and hardening. The base slab and air temperatures should not fall below 5°C in the 72 hours after application.

Ambient humidity should be above 50% RH during application and cure. Fluid screeds should be prevented from drying out too quickly before gaining adequate strength to resist natural shrinkage.

The application should take place in a “protected” environment where the temperature remains stable, is draft-free and protected from the effects of strong sunlight.

Flowscreed Industrial Top must be protected, by suitable sheet material, in areas where it may be subjected to intensive or heavy use before a final floor finish is laid
