Isocrete Self Level Base – Fast drying self levelling screed. A fast drying, self levelling screed for easy levelling of concrete floors before the installation of underlayments or thick floor coverings e.g. carpets, ceramic tiles or wood block.

Uses of Isocrete Self Level Base

Isocrete SL Base can be used as levelling layer underneath Isocrete 1500, SL Plus or bonded SL Renovation, or can be used on its own to level the concrete base to receive thick floor coverings.

Drying time – Moisture sensitive floor finishes can be installed when the screed is dry to 75% RH as per BS8203, typically after 1 – 3 days, dependent on thickness and ambient conditions (20 oC, 50% RH). After 24 hours curing (without draughts) ensure the area has sufficient ventilation to allow the screed to dry.
