Preparing the mix

Add 4.25-4.75 litres of clean water to a container. Pour in the entire 25 kg bag of Ultratop Industrial. Mix with a low-speed electric mixer until smooth and lump-free.

Let it stand for 2-3 minutes, and before applying, please make sure to remix the blend by a few minutes.

Prepare only the amount of Ultratop Industrial needed for use within the next 15 minutes at a temperature of +23°C. Act quickly to ensure optimal results.

The pot life of the mix changes with temperature, decreasing as the temperature rises. This relationship highlights the importance of monitoring conditions to ensure optimal performance.

Instructions for Preparing Ultratop Industrial

To prepare greater quantities of Ultratop Industrial, start by using a vertical shaft mixer pump designed for medium—to large surfaces.

Firstly, ensure that you maintain a consistent water ratio similar to what you would use in hand mixing.

Next, thoroughly mix the product until the blend is entirely homogenous. This step is crucial, as a well-mixed product will ensure optimal application.

Finally, proceed to lay the mixture only after confirming that it’s perfectly blended. Following these steps will lead to a successful application of Ultratop Industrial.
