An invisible water-based pre-grout treatment for all types of porcelain, natural stone or concrete paving.

The invisible ProJoint Pre-Grout Stone & Porcelain Paving Sealer is a high quality, pre-grout treatment designed to help with grout or jointing compound release, which minimises the risk of resin sheen or grout haze following the grouting of paving.

Suitable for use with any ProJoint jointing products, this sealer should be applied once paving has been firmly laid in position upon a suitable bedding area.

• Why should I use Pre-Grout Sealer?
  The sealer assists in preventing resin sheen and grout haze. It can also help with the workability of the jointing compounds; including air cure, epoxy and cementitious grouts.
• How long until the sealer is cured?
  As soon as the sealer has dried (30-60 minutes weather dependent), it is ready to accept foot traffic and is ready for installation of your chosen jointing compound.
• Is the sealer water or solvent based?
  This sealer uses a water-based formula allowing it to be used all year round.
• Does the area need to be dry before application?
  To achieve the best seal, it is recommended to apply onto a dry surface, however it can be used if surfaces are damp.
• How many coats do I need to apply?
  We recommend 2 coats are applied to achieve maximum protection. You must wait for the first coat to dry before applying the second.
• What is the coverage rate?
  1ltr of the sealer covers up to 15m² on natural stone and up to 30m² on porcelain.
